Refund policy

To return your item/s, we ask that you contact us to obtain instructions from our team for the return.

  1. Faulty Items

    If your return involves a faulty item, we may ask you to provide evidence in the form of photos or video of the fault in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty claim requirements.

    Please ensure that your item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

    Buyers are responsible for returning items at their expense.

    Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and will endeavour to resolve your issue as quickly as possible – typically within 14 days (subject to variation).

  2. 30 Day Returns Policy

    If your purchase was made in error or you've changed your mind, you may still be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

    • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item if you intend to return it. We will provide all relevant return instructions at that time.
    • We aim to process refunds within 2 business days of receipt.
    • The item must be returned at the buyer’s expense, in its original, resaleable condition, including all tags and packaging, ready for restocking. We highly recommend you send the return item back to us with a tracking number.
    • Ensure the item is securely packed to maintain its original condition during transit.
    • The item must not be opened, used, worn, or damaged and must be received in perfect, resaleable condition.
    • Do not stick or write directly on the item or its original packaging. Postage labels or any writing should only be placed on the outer shipping packaging.
    • Items returned that have been damaged will either be partially refunded or returned to you at your cost, on a case-by-case basis determined by Doormate Garage Systems.
