Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Doormate Garage Systems (“DGS”). The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy and should be read alongside our main Terms and Conditions.

Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with DGS.

  1. WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

    • In-store Pickup

      In-store pickup is available from our premises in Epsom Victoria

      Pickups are generally available Monday to Thursday between 9am and 3pm. Other times are available by appointment.

    • Shipping Fees

      We offer shipping within Australia at the following rates:

      Australia Post Satchel – estimated delivery timeframe 2-10 business days - Fee $12.50

      All times and dates given for delivery of products are given in good faith but are estimates only

    • International Shipping

      We do not offer international shipping.

    • What happens if my order is delayed?

      If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
